TagEditor.app provides free browser-based utilities designed to inspect, edit, and sanitize metadata tags within user-selected audio, image, video, PDF, document, and ebook files. The Service operates without accounts or fee obligations.
3. User Responsibility & File Ownership
You retain complete ownership and intellectual property rights in all files you inspect or process through TagEditor.app. You represent and warrant that you possess the lawful right and authority to modify any files submitted to the software. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WHILE TAGEDITOR.APP STRIVES TO MAINTAIN ACCURATE FILE PARSING AND METADATA SERIALIZATION, WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES THAT PROCESSED FILES WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, INCOMPATIBILITIES, OR LOSS OF METADATA. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING BACKUP COPIES OF ALL ORIGINAL FILES.
5. Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TAGEDITOR.APP, ITS OPERATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA CORRUPTION OR LOSS.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service following revisions constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
